Message: I'm not sure why people really go there for coffee when what you seem to get is a cup of milk or cream with a little coffee in it. Even though the donuts aren't made fresh anymore they're trucked in I believe, they're still decent.

Message: I only go for the coffee at Dunkin' donuts. I like the people that work there and very often they'll even have my cup ready by the time I reach the counter cuz they know me. I also notice that they also know there are other customers and who the regulars are.
