Message: This review is going to seem insane! I am about to tell you in all seriousness that Welsh Farms in Roselle Park has some of the best Mexican food in the state! From the outside it looks like a somewhat dingy convenience store. There is a slapped together vinyl sign advertising Mexican food but it's very easy to miss.. And if you do see it you would never think it could be this good! Inside they have a nice cozy seating area but behind the old deli counter is where the magic happens. The tortillas for tacos, quesadillas etc are hand pressed and second to none. What goes inside is fresh and delicious. The highlight for me is the carne enchilada, spicy pork. I have had it in burritos, tacos and on a sandwich. It is easily the best I have ever had and believe me I have searched! If you like real authentic Mexican food you owe it to yourself to search out this hidden gem and give it a shot.
