Message: Overall, it's a nice store. However, almost everytime I've gone there, they never have hot items prepared.

Message: I find this place very convenient to my work to get coffee later in the morning. However, I have never been able to get French Vanilla coffee and the coffee station is usually very unclean and without a good variety of milk. Maybe I am past the rush period but having someone routinely clean the bench and check on the supply of milk would be great.
